Proturbo supplies OEM, remanufactured, and aftermarket turbochargers for diesel trucks and heavy equipment. They needed to move off an ageing WordPress / WooCommerce build onto a faster, easier-to-manage Shopify store.
The WooCommerce store carried a large, technical catalogue — part numbers, brands, and vehicle applications — alongside blog content and wholesale customers. Maintenance overhead was high, and the team needed to protect existing search visibility during the move.
We mapped products, variants, part numbers, customers, and order history before building anything, then planned URL redirects page by page. The new Shopify theme was structured around how mechanics and fleet buyers actually shop: by vehicle, by brand, and by collection.
End-to-end migration and development: data mapping, redirect planning, theme build, wholesale flow, content migration, QA, and launch support.
Strangely Warmed is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster in Florida selling whole bean, ground, and K-Cup compatible coffee direct to consumers and through wholesale and private label.
The brand needed to sell several product formats and roast profiles, encourage larger baskets through bundles and subscriptions, and capture wholesale and co-packing leads — all without making the store feel complicated.
We designed the storefront around discovery and repeat purchase: best sellers with quick add, clear origin and roast navigation, bundles with a build-your-own option, and a separate B2B path for wholesale and co-packing enquiries.
Shopify design implementation and development, app integration for bundles, subscriptions, and reviews, plus the wholesale lead flow.
Quality Door & Hardware supplies electrified and mechanical commercial door hardware to contractors, facilities, healthcare, education, and government buyers across the US.
Buyers range from one-off contractors to institutions with purchase orders, net terms, and tax exemptions. The catalogue is deep and technical, organised by manufacturer and series, and many orders start as quotes rather than straight checkouts.
We built the store around professional buying behaviour: series-based navigation, prominent quote and credit actions, market-specific landing content, and dedicated paths for government orders and high-volume buying programs.
Shopify development and B2B workflow implementation — catalogue structure, quote and credit flows, and custom content sections.
Grace in LA designs hand-stitched, embellished denim with a strong western-inspired identity, selling direct to customers in the US and internationally.
The product is all about detail — embroidery, stitching, and fit — so the store needed bold imagery and easy collection discovery, while still supporting rewards, wishlists, and international shoppers.
We built an image-first, editorial theme: full-bleed campaign heroes, a trending carousel, embroidery-style collection tiles, and shoppable signature lines, with trust messaging and an Instagram feed to bring the brand to life.
Shopify theme development from design, app integration, and ongoing storefront support.
The House of Nocturne makes collectible, hand-finished sculptural candles in Austria — pieces designed to be displayed as much as burned.
The products are small works of art, so the store had to feel like a curated boutique rather than a template. It also needed to support seasonal collections, gift sets, corporate orders, and shoppers in both German and English.
We started in Figma, designing a warm, editorial visual system around photography and generous whitespace. Once approved, we developed the designs into a custom Shopify theme with flexible sections the team can reuse for each new collection.

Gradient is a barbering education brand offering hands-on academy programs, a best-selling barber e-book, and a range of professional hair essentials.
Gradient sells three very different things — courses, digital downloads, and physical products — and needed one premium, minimal site that sends each visitor to the right offer and books consultation calls.
We designed a clean, editorial structure with three clear product pillars, strong photography, and focused calls to action for enrolling, buying the e-book, shopping products, or booking a call.
